OUR service agreements
We offer two different service agreements to suit the needs of your property. Prior to any agreement we will carry out a property-check on your house, villa or apartment with you personally to determine your needs.
property maintenance
Some homes require an immediate maintenance service for an issue affecting the home inside or out. For minor repairs we carry out the service ourselves. If a larger repair is needed or an expert is needed, we co-operate with local professional plumbers and electricians etc.
seasonal service agreement
For clients who do not require our year-round service, we offer a monthly or seasonal service, tailored to cover the maintenance of the property throughout the summer/winter season e.g.; during rentals and when you are away.
one point of contact
We also assist in co-ordinating works carried out by professionals of your choice and act as the single point of contact for the project to be carried out to your expectations.
yearly service agreement
For clients who require our year-round service agreement, we offer an extensive bespoke service to satisfy any specific requirements that are needed for your property.
