Each service agreement vary from the needs of a property and its owner. Some proprietors are staying in their house 6 times a year and some houses only 2 times a year.

The annual service agreement for a property with pool and garden includes a minimum of 2 property inspection visits per week.

Log report

We keep detailed logs of every home and time we spent on the property approved by the client in the service agreement. We make a MHS log report of the specific duties carried out and checked.

The log report includes the list of specific areas for inspection which the client has agreed on.

 

Extra works

If your property requires repairs or renewal of specific items because of wear and tear then we assist you in every way we can.

For little less we will act upon your needs and get the qoutes and inspection from technical skilled people who can suggests solutions and have quotes for you, for your approvel.

Photos

For a succesfull co-operation we attatch a minimum of 3 photos to every visit and log report during our inspections.

The photos are taken from perspectives that have relevance for the owner of the property. The log report and photos are electronically sent to you - wherever you are in the world.

Time registration
