Annual service agreement

Property planning

For your home we plan what to do over the months of the year. Turning on- and off the irrigation system, cutting the palm trees etc. to match the high level of keeping your property at its best during the seasons.

Portfolio and home management

The state of your home is kept in a port folio with us with a description of the specific needs, details or issues. All information is kept for internal use only to advice you best way possible on behalf of this historic life in your home.

If you are selling your home

If your home is for sale we can help your home look its best. We cooperate with the local real estate companies and we also assist in preparing your home for a sale.

Pool and garden service

Pool and garden service is included in the annual service agreement.

At every check/ visit we will make sure that your pool and garden is viewed for any larger issues you will be notified.

Insurance

Our clients has an insurance covering their property, pool and garden.

If your climate system should leak or your irregation is in dis-function it will always be discovered during a check on your property.

Our clients insurance cover the repairs and we will be able to document through videos, photos and as in our function as your home manager.

Special needs

When your property needs special care and we can get this done during or between the weekly visits we will do so with your accept. If the work require extra hours on top of your service agreement, we will inform you so that any extra work is approved on beforehand.

Extra hours

If you have a signed annual service agreement on your property our extra hour fee is €35 ex. IVA on issues that our team can assist.
